Journey to the next location,

How could we not stop by Bardenas Reales, southeast Navarra (Spain), to do a semi-desert crossing and see vultures? We've seen so many Griffon ones, but also ...

On our way we have also found an amazing spot where Nightingales and Melodious Warbler were singing full on at dawn, how not camping by for night?

After crossing the beautiful Pyrenees we have reached the second migration hotspot of our journey, Aiguamolls de l'Empordà. A rich and vibrant coastal area located north of Catalonia, Iberian Peninsula, near the French border. So many habitats, from sand dunes to river banks to ponds in the middle of the plains.

We spent 4 incredible weeks there, amazed by the biodiversity available so close to urban environments.
